With over 15 years of experience, Gabriel Fuentes serves as a passionate and objective-driven Digital Transformation and Digital services Leader within Softtek. He focuses on partnering with consumers to help them achieve data-driven results, improving the customer journey through modernization, and developing memorable experiences. Gabriel leverages his technical experience to implement people-driven management and create culture. Gabriel obtained his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Tecnológico de Monterrey. In his free time, he enjoys playing and watching sports and spending time with his family.

Diana Rodriguez

Director of Enterprise Lean Agile CoE & Agile Coach, Softtek

Diana Rodriguez has been in IT for 22 years and has a development background. She has worked with frameworks, specializing in aligning them to a lean-agile mindset, and has helped teams and organizations internationally to transform at a team, program, and enterprise level. Diana performs training and coaching for organizations that are looking to implement Agile frameworks in order to enable them to improve their delivery and achieve faster time-to-market. Diana currently leads the Enterprise Lean Agile CoE for Softtek.

Jaime Palacios

Jaime Palacios is a senior professional with more than 20 years of experience. He currently serves as SVP of Digital & Innovation at Softtek, where he oversees a large number of digital capabilities, including Lean-Agile and SRE, as well as 1,500+ people. As a passionate Agilist, Jaime is an evangelist of the value of Lean-Agile, as well as a SAFe®️ 4 Program Consultant (SPC). With a deep industry and technology knowledge, Jaime has extensive experience delivering services to Fortune 500 clients through distributed Lean-Agile at enterprise grade, as well as DevOps approaches.
