With more than 15 years of IT operations experience, Leonel Navarro currently leads a team of Information Security professionals at Softtek, helping evolve the company’s InfoSec offering as Global Practice Manager. His close collaboration with colleagues and clients based in the Americas, Europe and Asia enable him to oversee the coordination of Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product Management and strategic alliances for Softtek's Information Security Service offerings.
Leo has authored a series of articles that have appeared in IT Business Edge, and in 2014 Leo was included in a special issue of CNN Expansion – a major Spanish publication in Mexico and Latin America – among a select group of “30 inspiring professionals in their 30s.”
He is a certified project management professional (PMP) and information systems security professional (CISSP), and BSI certified 27001:2013.
David De la Rosa is Director of Information Security Business Development at Softtek. He is responsible for designing and driving key IT information security and QA strategy to significantly increase market share in the US market to strengthen and evolve Softtek’s service offering.
De la Rosa focuses on the management of information security, governance, risk & compliance, audits, eGCR tools, identity management, access control, systems security, end-point security, cyber security and quality assurance. His role is pivotal to forming the enterprise strategy required to respond to the evolving industry and regulatory requirements, including SOX, PCI, HIPAA, among others.
Federico Ferreres is currently Senior Vice President of Marketing & Strategy for Softtek US, responsible for market strategy, brand positioning, marketing and demand generation. Ferreres focuses on defining, creating, and implementing transformation strategies and programs in order to deliver high value services.
Ferreres joined Softtek in 2007 as a Competitive Intelligence Manager, where he was responsible for the company’s analyst relations, trend research and market shifts in the IT service industry. Ferreres also provided consultancy services to drive Softtek's next generation offerings.
Prior to joining Softtek, Ferreres served as a senior analyst at Select, a leading Mexican analyst boutique firm specialized in technology-related markets. Previous to that, he was a business consultant in Argentina's OJF & Asociados, a macroeconomic advisory firm.
